EXCHANGE POLICY

This exchange policy has been valid since March 2022.

General Conditions

If you are not satisfied with the product or have changed your mind about the purchase, you may request an exchange or return within 7 days from the date you receive the order at your address.

Products are shipped to the customer in perfect condition. If any of the following situations occur, please refuse delivery and write the reason on the back of the invoice (DANFE):

  • Open or damaged packaging;

  • Damaged product;

  • Product not matching the order;

  • Missing accessories.

If you still accept the product, please contact us within 72 hours.

Conditions for Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product, it must be in perfect condition and show no signs of use — that is, exactly as you received it. It is also essential that the item is returned in its original packaging.

How to Request an Exchange

Send an email to [email protected] with your full name, order number, and reason for the exchange. You will receive our response with the necessary instructions.

Conditions for Returns Due to Regret 

If you regret your purchase, you may also return your order within 7 days from the date of receipt.

How to Request a Return Due to Regret 

Send an email to [email protected] with your full name and order number. You will receive your refund within 2 days after we receive the returned products. The amount will be refunded using the same payment method selected during your online purchase. There will be no additional cost for receiving your refund.

Products with Manufacturing Defects

According to Brazilian law, for items with manufacturing defects, you have the right to request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.

How to Request a Return Due to Manufacturing Defect 

Send an email to [email protected] with your full name, order number, and a description of the defect (please include photos or videos). We will review your case within 7 days from the date we receive the returned products. The amount will be refunded using the same payment method. There will be no additional cost for receiving your refund.

How to Return the Products 

In accordance with consumer rights, shipping costs for returns due to regret or manufacturing defects will be covered by our store via a reverse logistics process.

You will receive a return shipping authorization code by email after your exchange or return request. The product must be dropped off at a Correios (postal service) location. Packaging costs are not covered, so we recommend reusing the original box (if undamaged) or using suitable packaging that protects the items during shipping.
